Gelo di Arancia (6 portions)

The orange frost is a light and simple dessert that you can prepare in advance and keep in the refrigerator, it can be served as a snack or as a dessert at the end of meals.
Ingredients:
400 ml orange juice
40 g starch for desserts
two tablespoons of sugar
30ml water
Preparation:
Cut the oranges in half, get the juice. Sift the starch, dissolve it in the already measured water, pour into a saucepan, add the orange juice and sugar, mix carefully to combine the ingredients. Turn the heat on low and mix until the frost has a thick consistency. Remove the saucepan from the heat, pour the orange frost into the chosen molds, either single-portion or single (I prefer single-portion ones, so everyone will have their own dessert)
